Each User is permitted to register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, email domain, or payment method are strictly prohibited. neng4d reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void bets placed from such accounts, and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.
neng4d takes underage gambling prevention seriously. All accounts must complete KTP identity verification before withdrawal privileges are enabled. Failure to provide valid age verification documents will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify neng4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. neng4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless you select a cryptocurrency deposit method. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within 5 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time) business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). neng4d does not charge any fees for deposits made via bank transfer, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.

Actual bank transfer arrival time depends on your receiving bank's processing schedule. Most Indonesian banks complete incoming transfers within 1–4 hours during business days. USDT withdrawals are sent on-chain immediately after approval, with confirmation times dependent on network congestion (typically 10–30 minutes).
neng4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawal requests per month. Additional withdrawals beyond the second per month incur a flat fee of Rp 25,000 or 1% of the withdrawal amount (whichever is lower). VIP Diamond and Black Diamond members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals.
All withdrawal requests are subject to AML compliance checks. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time (1× rollover requirement) before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be flagged for investigation and subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the deposit amount.
neng4d offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You agree to read and comply with the terms of each bonus before claiming it.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a 100% welcome bonus up to Rp 20,000,000 with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount (e.g., Rp 600,000,000 in total wagers if you receive the full Rp 20,000,000 bonus) before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:
neng4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be abusing promotional offers through collusion, syndicate play, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent activity. Only one bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted unless otherwise specified.
While wagering a bonus, you may not place individual bets exceeding Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is lower) per spin, hand, or bet. Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before submission. neng4d will not cancel or void bets due to User error unless a technical malfunction or software error can be proven.
All sports betting markets (football, basketball, esports, etc.) follow standard industry rules. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Live in-play betting odds are subject to rapid change based on match events. neng4d reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time for risk management purposes.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery) draw results are published transparently on the Platform immediately after each draw. All draw outcomes are final. Disputes regarding draw results will be reviewed by our security team, and the official draw result published by the licensed operator will be considered binding.
Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.) are conducted by professional dealers in real-time HD video streams. Game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice — not software RNG. All dealer decisions are final. Disconnections during live games do not void bets; the hand or round will be completed according to standard casino rules, and your stake will be settled accordingly.

All content on the neng4d Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game design, is the exclusive property of neng4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use of neng4d's intellectual property may result in legal action.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which neng4d is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

If the dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. neng4d's decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve any disputes with neng4d on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or other representative proceeding against neng4d.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and wagering requirements (if applicable). Please allow up to 7 business days for final balance processing.
neng4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, any balances or bonuses in your Account may be forfeited at neng4d's discretion.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.
